Pre-tour communication from the tour company was excellent and then even more so from actual Tour Guide, MESH! Completely customizable beforehand and even with pivots during. No car provided, which we knew, and so we could either do public transportation or Grab taxi; we decided on both especially since we wanted to start at the national orchid botanical garden, which Mesh narrated excellently!
