We met up with Patrick and had an excellent tour. Patrick did an excellent job of pivoting to downtown and made the tour very interesting. The miscommunication was not his issue. Our past tours always met in our hotel lobby so did not think twice when the instructions noted “hotel lobby”. Never thought it was a different hotel.
In the end we are very satisfied with Patrick’s tour.
