Patricia was great! Very knowledgeable, pleasant, gentle and ready to help, assist and answer any questions from me (even after the tour!) She showed me things about Madrid other than the traditional that most tourists probably know. I loved her tour.

Jonathan provided us an excellent tour, covering the history of the city, especially the university, the major architectural attractions in Piazza Maggiore, and lots of information on the cuisine and culinary scene in Bologna. It was the perfect overview for first-time visitors.

The weather at the original meeting time was torrential rain. Roberto took the initiative and set the meeting time back 1 hour. His communication throughout was excellent and pro-active. We enjoyed our first street experience of Naples enormously. Roberto set the atmosphere and ambience of local life with a background of history and contemporary food & drink. We would definitely book with Roberto for any future visits and would not drive afterwards to enjoy all of the local delicacies and beverages.

This was an amazing way to explore the main must-visit areas of Hong Kong's Central Island. Lary was a fantastic tour guide with lots of great stories and background history to share about all the areas we visited. He took sufficient time to show us around at our leisure and finished up the tour with an authentic Kowloon street restaurant meal. Topped off with a dessert at a Michelin star rated dessert place. Highest marks for this tour and Lary.

Claudia was an excellent tour guide! She was very knowledgeable and knew Mexico City very well. She had a great attitude, was friendly, and made everyone feel welcome. I especially appreciated how she explained the culture, traditions, and history of Mexico City in such an interesting and engaging way. You can tell she truly loves what she does and takes pride in sharing the beauty of her city with others. I highly recommend Claudia to anyone visiting Mexico City. My husband and I are just completing our first trip to Japan and we’ve had many wonderful experiences! Our private tour through the Gion district of Kyoto was one of the highlights, thanks in great part to our wonderful guide, PAM! She was exceptional: friendly, knowledgeable, passionate, patient, and quick to help us with ALL our needs, even those that had nothing to do with our tour… Pam did more than show us the sights: she explained their history and cultural significance. She discussed modern life and current customs. She took us through lively AND quiet sections of GION so we could get a true sense of the area’s beauty. But most of all, Pam was concerned about us PERSONALLY… She wanted us to feel comfortable, so she periodically asked if the pace was good, if we needed to stop or get some refreshments, etc. She also tailored the tour to our interest in Japanese handicrafts; we were able to purchase several special gifts because Pam knew the BEST shops for what we were looking for…Pam also helped us prepare for two other tours by taking us to their meeting places - this was INVALUABLE because we found it difficult to navigate Gion addresses on our own… She also called us a taxi and invited us to contact her if we needed ANYTHING else while we were in Japan. Ben and I cannot praise or thank her enough for all her attention to detail! We highly recommend this tour, but we ESPECIALLY recommend that you take it with PAM!!!!
