We had the absolute pleasure of having GJ, Won Jee Eun as our tour guide in Seoul today, and she was truly outstanding. From the moment the tour began, she was warm, professional, incredibly patient, and genuinely passionate about sharing her knowledge. Her English was excellent, making every explanation clear and easy to understand. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly and never made anyone feel rushed, which made the entire experience relaxed, enjoyable, and engaging. She was also very attentive to our well-being, especially on a very warm day, regularly checking in to make sure everyone was comfortable and hydrated, and thoughtfully giving us little breaks in between so we could rest and not feel tired or exhausted. What really made the day special was the way she brought Korea to life. She didn’t just show us the sights; she shared the country’s fascinating history, traditions, customs, and local culture in such an interesting and memorable way that we learned far more than we ever expected. Her enthusiasm and storytelling kept us captivated throughout the tour, and the well-timed pauses and breaks she included made it easy for us to fully enjoy each experience without feeling overwhelmed. Without a doubt, she is one of the very best tour guides we have ever had anywhere in the world, and we would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Seoul. She is a real credit to your company, and we are extremely grateful for such an unforgettable experience.

We had an unforgettable experience in Kyoto with our tour guide, Amy! Her insights were top notch and she made sure we didn’t miss any of the traditional food that Nashiki Market has to offer. She also knew all the best picture spots and hidden gems that make Kyoto unbelievably beautiful. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience that we will never forget!

Jorge's private, custom walking tour of Oaxaca city center for our group of three was amazing. He tailored the experience to our interests and it was exceptionally informative. Jorge brought so much of his interesting personal history and family background to the conversation. He also offered expert guidance on other things to do in Oaxaca. I would recommend Jorge specifically and City Unscripted in general to anyone looking for a great introduction and orientation to the city. Thank you Jorge!

We did our Brooklyn tour with Ed Rothstein and it was excellent! He gave us a lot of history of Williamsburg took us to a nice café and shops. I’m very appreciative how flexible this Tour is and that we could meet at our hotel. If you could add my comment to the review, that would be great. Our lovely guide, Anna Marie, was so patient, waited over 2 hours for us due to a delayed flight. While this disrupted her original tour plans for us, she made the best of our brief time in London. She is an incredible historian and has a zeal for London. I highly recommend this tour.

Our Brussels tour with Andrea’ was so amazing. The knowledge of the history, architecture, the details, the food, the off the path displays was everything that made this experience special. Again, the knowledge of the guide was outstanding. I wish we had more time to explore other places with him. Our family enjoyed his company.

The guide chosen was not the most appropriate one. While she had great knowledge and keep us fully engaged for the earlier part of the day, she did not know anything about Prague Castle. She normally does smaller tours in the old town and she was very good at that only. She should not have been sent for the Castle, or replaced midway.
