Very informative, very personable, a pleasure to spend time with. Learned a lot that has really helped us appreciate the city. We love doing these tours whenever we visit a city and Erika has been one of the best guides ever.
Our tour guide Anna brought to life the history of Munich while visiting many of the top attractions in the Old Town. She had an in depth knowledge of the history and culture of the city. We greatly appreciated how she navigated the tour on a rainy day by taking us to inside sites where she could explain more about Munich.
Unfortunately we had to cancel because our flight from the US was delayed 4 hours. I let Juan know when we landed & informed he we had to cancel. He tried to get us rescheduled for the next day but again Unfortunately we had other tours scheduled. I appreciate him trying to help & make it right. This is why I only use Viator tours wherever I go.
