She had multiple options available at all times and did a great job of taking us to hidden finds and local favorites. We’ve been looking to the food tour for a long time and Adriana really delivered! In addition to being knowledgeable she is a wonderfully warm person who was a joy to chat with and spend the evening with. She’s the best and really kicked off our vacation in the perfect way! Thanks Adriana :)

She planned the tour around our needs and made everything easy and enjoyable. Not only did she take us to delicious food stops, but she also shared so much about the culture and history of Mexico City. It would have been so difficult for us to enjoy the local foods without knowing any Spanish. Highly recommend!

What you’ll do
You’ll immerse yourself in Mexico City’s food culture with one of our Mexican hosts, and by immersing we mean you’re going to eat a lot of incredible street food (a practical approach is best, we always find). Street food is king here, so you’ll explore a neighborhood of the city and eat at various street food stalls and taquerías for a taste of the real deal.
With dozens of varieties of tortas, pozole, mole, sopes and esquites to try, and that’s before you’ve even got us started on the dizzying world of tacos with their various toppings, salsas, and garnishes. You’ll be glad someone’s here to show you the ropes.
Feast your way through the streets and try the dishes which keep the city going at the places you know are authentic - it’s not hard to see, or taste, why CDMX has one of the best street food scenes in the world. And we suppose there’s always room for dessert. Fresh mango with chili, la concha sweet bread, or churros, anyone?
