Ai was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond in making a plan for our tour! I had hope this would be a personal heritage tour of my family history in Japan. Ai surprised us with contacting my mother's elementary school for a visit and searching the old files at City Hall to find my mother's childhood home! Incredible!! Then she took photos and sent us a link to the photo album she made of our day together!! When we return to Japan, I will definitely contact Ai and City Unscripted for a tour!
