We did a walking tour of Milan with Sara and it was the perfect way to start our trip. She gave us so much great information about everything - the history of Milan, the local fashion hot-spots, and the secrets of the Sfzora Castle. She was very accommodating and we even stopped for food at a Calzone place from the 1800s!

This was our first time visiting Naples and we had a wonderful introductory overview with Donatella. She tailored the tour to our specific needs, she was very flexible, we walked at a pace that was comfortable for everyone in our party and she worked with us to make sure that when we stopped to she spoke, we were in a shady place and often were able to sit while she introduce the sites we were visiting. A thoroughly engaging and knowledgeable guide and I would highly recommend her and the company, City Unscripted. The communication prior to the tour was excellent. The booking experience was painless and we had a wonderful time.
