What travelers think of our Local Food & Drink Tastings experiences in Europe
What you’ll do
Put on some loose trousers, you’ll need all the extra room you can manage for the smažený sýr you’ll indulge in.
Head’s up, it’s deep-fried cheese, and it’s life-changing in all the best ways. You’ll join one of our local Prague hosts on a food crawl around the city, tasting a dramatically evolving cuisine that fuses global flavors with traditional tastes.
Of course, you’ll try Czech guláš at an authentic local restaurant - it’s hard to improve on perfection, but an ice-cold Pilsner might just do the trick.
Flit between street food stalls in the beautiful Old Town where you can try grilované klobásy, a street eat of grilled sausage rolls, markets where you’ll taste trdelník, a buttery pastry cooked over an open flame and dusted with cinnamon, and cozy restaurants serving traditional dishes like vepřo-knedlo-zelo, roast pork with bread dumplings.
It won’t be the healthiest day of your life, but it might just be one of the most delicious.
