Dolly really put herself out for us. She had really sussed out what we wanted but was also very helpful with some special requests.
Nicola was outstanding in every way. He has an outgoing, warm personality and truly cared for us throughout the day. He not only showed us all the best of Bologna, but ensured we learned all the extra details that enriched the experience even more. Last, but certainly not least, he made dinner reservations, at Cesari, for us to experience an authentic Bolognese family and meal. WOW, it was GREAT!!! Thank you very much!
