Patricia was great! Very knowledgeable, pleasant, gentle and ready to help, assist and answer any questions from me (even after the tour!) She showed me things about Madrid other than the traditional that most tourists probably know. I loved her tour.
Jonathan provided us an excellent tour, covering the history of the city, especially the university, the major architectural attractions in Piazza Maggiore, and lots of information on the cuisine and culinary scene in Bologna. It was the perfect overview for first-time visitors.
The weather at the original meeting time was torrential rain. Roberto took the initiative and set the meeting time back 1 hour. His communication throughout was excellent and pro-active.
We enjoyed our first street experience of Naples enormously. Roberto set the atmosphere and ambience of local life with a background of history and contemporary food & drink. We would definitely book with Roberto for any future visits and would not drive afterwards to enjoy all of the local delicacies and beverages.
