One of my passions in France and what I am most proud of is French gastronomy. Moreover, I am lucky to have a budget given by my company to eat, and thanks to that: I get to try new places to eat daily. I try and find the most authentic places to eat like le Bouillon Chartier, L'atelier Vivanda, Cocotte, or La Crêperie du Manoir Breton. It will be a pleasure to share all my favorite places in Paris (restaurants, bars, clubs, monuments, parks, and exhibitions) with my groups of visitors. I am also a lover of the history of Paris, for example, the construction of the metro, and how it was so complicated to install it with the technology of the time or some disaster which happened such as a fire which killed approximately 100 persons in 19003. I am still in shock about the fire at the Bazar de la Charité and the first man who killed himself jumping from the top of the Tour Eiffel to test his invention: the first parachute. Each day I take pleasure in learning new anecdotes about Paris. Some of my favorite areas are Pigalle, Montmartre and le Marais and I consider that they need to go into the lign 6 of the metro to see the views of Paris from it. I also live very near the Catacombs, and I am still impressed with them, but the fact is that they need to know that they are just "des carrières" under Paris. I also know some anecdotes about the French revolution, the First world war, and the second one. Indeed, do you know that when the king ran away from Paris because it was too dangerous for him, he was recognized in a city because he paid with "une livre d'or"? Or that during the second world war, there was a young girl: involved in the french resistance. She helped Paris become liberated thanks to a suicide mission, avoiding a train full of Germans to reach Paris: there were only a few resistant to its derailment. A few days later: Paris was liberated. I can't wait to be part of your next trip to Paris: where we can explore the city of love together.
