Hi, I’m Julian, I’m French-Brazilian and have chosen Lisbon as my hometown 5 years ago. I have always chosen to live in very interesting neighborhoods that all, in their own way, express a lot of Lisbon’s soul. First, close to Largo to Intendente, a once proscript neighborhood where the Portuguese feared to walk by, but which boils with bohemian, artistic life and multiculturalism. Then I moved to iconic Alfama. Unmissable, due to the beauty of the pointviews and small streets and Fado houses. Now I’ve chosen Marvila, this odd trendy neighborhood gathering art galleries and breweries just beside the river. Also, I’m passionate of some historic peculiarities of this city that, for instance, has been a nest of spies during World War II and where Ian Fleming met the real secret agent who would inspire James Bond. I’ll be delighted to share some of this amazing city with you!
