Masa is an excellent guide. He prepared our program in detail a long time in advance, making sure he had covered everything we wanted to see, and also added some more local suggestions to the program. We were in Tokyo with our 2 year old and had to have some flexibility in our program. At the start of the day/walking tour we had to make changes, and extend our original tour, as our daughter got sick overnight. Both me and my husband had a wonderful day exploring Tokyo on two separate time slots. Masa is a very knowledgeable guide with a positive spirit. It was a real pleasure listening to everything he shared, from history to stories and discovering some local gems. It’s rare to meet guides with this kind of knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for the work he is doing. He truly brings honor to his profession and we will recommend him further. Next visit in Japan we will definitely call upon his services again!
