Our guide, Hirotake, was amazing. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He knows the city very well and knew where to go to find the things we wanted. Also very helpful when it came to lugging our baby around on the metro. If you want a great guidet tour in Tokyo, this is the tour for you.

We had a first class introduction to Tokyo as first time visitors. Hiro was knowledgeable, informative and attentive to our needs particularly regarding my mobility issues and our ages. He is very personable and has a very good understanding and command of English. He explained and interpreted all our requests with clarity and a smile. Very respectful of different cultures and traditions. We recommend him highly and would give him 6 stars if available!

We enjoyed our two hour guided tour of the Ginza with Hirotake and had a great morning. He was flexible to do some shopping with us and showed us the sights of the Ginza!
