She was laid back and casual, just what we needed after being on the road a lot and being museum fatigued. We experienced an over view of Munich topped off with a great meal of a Bavarian food tasting and drinks.

“Our tour guide was Laura from CityUnscripted. She was very knowledgeable about the city of Munich. She could tell us so many details about all of the impressive historical buildings, locations and objects. She had a plan in her mind and a path set with all of the cool and exciting things in the city. Now, due to some unforeseeable circumstances, our tour was interrupted multiple times. We found out that our rental car was locked in a parkhaus as it was closed on Sunday. Laura happily aided us in rescuing the vehicle and even spoke to their emergency line in German. After relocating the car, my friend had to split off the group to get his dead phone charged for this flight check-in and got lost returning to us again. This was entirely due to poor communication between him and myself of course. Laura stepped in again and helped me call him with a local phone number. Much better than my international roaming. She was easily the best, most friendly and willing tour guide I have ever encountered. She had endless patience for our shenanigans and hijinks. Truly a godsend and came to our aid over and over. Laura would then resume the tour immediately showing the utmost professionalism. Should I have the opportunity, I would book a tour with her again to discover even more of this beautiful town. Thanks so much.”
