Akari was very personable and knowledgeable and went above and beyond. This was a walking tour, using public transportation. But she picked us up at the port and drove us to our destinations before returning us to the port. As we are older, she walked at our pace. We didn't have to keep up with her, like with many tours. She explained things thoroughly as we walked and in the car. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Akari.

Yukari was awesome. She listened right off to understand exactly what interested me. As a result the 3 hours exceeded my expectation and went far too quickly. To me ‘unscripted’ means just that! To be prepared to go where the interest is and as a result I had a completely unexpected opportunity that I would. Ever have experienced without the help and patience of Yukari. She was relatable and made for a genuinely surprising and memorable experience

Selda was a fantastic tour guide who gave us details on the buildings in Kanazawa as well as the daily life in the city. She brought us to each of the places we wanted to see and answered our questions about the history of the area. She was also great at pointing out spots to visit for meals and shopping which were all tested and agreed with!
