We just came back from D.C. It was brief trip with the husband and our 1-year-old daughter. There was another tour I wanted to take but it was sold out. As an alternative I decided to do this one at 5pm with a private guide. Rasheed was absolutely amazing and hit the nail on the wall. We went to Union Mart which was a super family-oriented area. The area was a beautiful hub that was composed of several, different food varieties. It was filled such delicious options. Rasheed was helpful in providing options. He ordered the food we wanted to taste. The area was safe to the point that we were able to leave some items to place a safe hold for a table. Once we picked up the foods, we sat down to eat. I ate an tasty salmon sandwich, my husband brisket, and my daughter a meat patty. The cherry on top was the dessert. Rasheed recommend the bread pudding and WOW, so AMAZING!! Overall, great experience. My daughter and husband loves Rasheed’s company. He was friendly, hilarious, and worldly. We loved him sharing his knowledge and background. It was a great connection.
