Wiley

Hello, I’m Wiley.

I live in TBC.
I work in TBC.

About me

Hi. My name is Wiley. I’ve lived in Seattle for about four years and love it very dearly. I’m a theatre artist with a deep passion for Shakespeare. I think his language articulates a core humanity we all share. I believe people can learn more about themselves through speaking his words and hearing those stories. My artistic mission is to share my love, knowledge, and curiosity of his work with people to make us all more empathetic and grounded humans. Living in Seattle has given me a good feel for the theatrical pulse of the city, and there is always something going on. The sweep of performances here is pretty incredible. You’ve got the big houses on huge stages, immersive dinner theatre experiences, young companies with fierce dedication to new plays, hole in the wall fringe spaces...the list goes on and on. Aside from theatre work I also play the violin and have a deep love for swing dancing, Lindy Hop in particular. It is a uniquely American creation filled with history spanning across the country and back over 100 years. Jazz music moves my soul and I can think of no better activity on a Friday night than heading over to the Aria or Century Ballroom to grab a drink and swing out! (Bonus* sometimes they have live music, and all off these dances have free intro lessons and I’m a pretty decent teacher myself if you would like to join). As a person I am outgoing, friendly, and sometimes a little ridiculous. I enjoy spontaneous adventures and delight in new experiences with friends.
