I was born and raised in the city of Liverpool and have always had a deep connection to my home. I believe I have an infectious love for the city and I'm always eager to share my knowledge with tourists. One of my favorite things about Liverpool is the rich history that permeates the city. I love taking visitors on tours of the city's many historic sites, such as the Royal Albert Dock, the Liverpool Cathedral, and the World Museum Liverpool. I am particularly fond of the city's maritime history and will often take visitors to the Merseyside Maritime Museum to learn about Liverpool's past. I am also a big fan of Liverpool's cultural scene. I love the city's many museums and galleries, such as the Tate Liverpool and the Walker Art Gallery. I also enjoy taking visitors to see live music performances at small intimate venues such as The Arts Club and Zanzibar. Having attended the same school as John Lennon, I believe no visit to Liverpool would be complete without a trip to some of the city's famous landmarks, such as the Beatles' childhood homes or the Cavern Club, where the band famously got their start. I am a huge Beatles fan and love sharing my knowledge of the band and their connection to the city with visitors. In my free time, I can often be found at some of my favorite local spots. Grabbing a pint at The Philharmonic Dining Rooms, enjoying a bowl of Scouse at The Baltic Fleet, or catching a movie at the Picturehouse at FACT.
