Hi, my name is Masa and I am one of many ex-pats who have fallen in love with the city of Amsterdam so much I've moved here in 2018! I especially enjoy the city's culture, and architecture, and finding new places to eat. Cozy coffee places serving brunch/dessert options are my area of specialty. I have been working as a freelance tour guide since April of last year as I love sharing my knowledge about the city with others. Besides the historical canals in the city center and the Jordaan area, what I can never get enough of in Amsterdam are the city's parks. Frankendael and Vondelpark are my favorites. I always recommend hanging out in Oud-West and Amsterdam Noord to people visiting Amsterdam, so they get a sense of how vibrant the city is. The next thing is the markets; those on Ten Katestraat and Waterlooplein are not to be missed.

Spent 4 hours walking Amsterdam with Masa. Excellent local history discussed, She was attentive and answered all of our questions. It was a fabulous tour showing us the true Amsterdam. There were 4 of us in total. It was a little hard to hear the guide sometimes unless you were right next to her.

We really loved that our tour allowed us to go to the places that we most wanted to see. Masa was able to answer so many of our questions about these places and what life in Amsterdam is truly like.
