My family of 4 adults selected the 6-hour City Unscripted private tour to take advantage of as much time to visit a number of tourist locations as well as other atypical points of interest. Our knowledgeable guide, Marisol, gave us a broad tour of the Zocalo and adjacent areas, Mexico City’s historic central plaza that’s surrounded by beautiful buildings with interesting architectural details. Other points of interest were the House of Tiles (Azulejos) and Palacio de Hiero (dept store). We also visited some hidden gems – some amazing murals painted by famous artists and incredible buildings with gorgeous architecture off the beaten path away from throngs of tourists. Throughout the tour, Marisol provided historical insights and in-depth explanations to our questions. Most of us except for one speak Spanish so we loved that Marisol was able to move from English to Spanish and back to English seamlessly. We wholeheartedly recommend Marisol. She is a personable and professional guide.

We had Nico as a tour guide for a Sunday city tour with my family visiting. A few days ahead he reached out to me via WhatsApp introduced himself, asked me what we wanted to do, and confirmed with a phone call everything we wanted to cover. He met us at the Angel de Independencia and was a wealth of knowledge. He walked with us at a leisurely pace while educating us in the rich History of Mexico City all in both Spanish and English! He knew all the best spots to take a photo from and took us to an incredible hole in the wall restaurant that was seriously finger licking good! You can tell that he never wanted the tour to end and was abundant with his time and knowledge. The best part is the infectious positive energy that Nico brought to our tour. My parents couldn't stop raving about how this was one of their favorite parts of visiting us here. We did so many cool stops I lost count, but even more, I felt like I walked away with a new friend from Mexico City who I would want to hang out with again! Nico is someone who becomes a back pocket resource for anything you need in CDMX after you meet him. Nico was incredible and I feel so lucky to have had him as our tour guide, I can't recommend him enough for your next tour. You'll have a blast!
