Mariko was a wonderful guide who pointed out lots of interesting things about Kyoto and took us to some beautiful parts of the city - covered everything we wanted to see and she was super flexible. Would like to do a hiking tour with Mariko next time.

This was a great experience to learn the Japanese geisha and samurai culture. Our guide was Selda and she explained each detail and made a program what we wanted to see and to learn. We enjoyed so much and definitely recommend to have this tour to learn the history and the culture.

We had a short 2 hour walking tour but it was packed with information and sights we would not have seen on our own. Yuzuki was very flexible with the tour adapting as we went and were grateful to be able to get recommendations from him post tour as well.

We had a great tour with Toga, who knows Kyoto really well. He took us to the most important sights and added interesting historical context. He also gave us restaurant recommendations and tips on which sights to visit next for the rest of our trip as we had a second day planned for Kyoto. All in all, a very nice experience!
