About me
I am an experienced chef and restaurant owner from Nagoya, Aichi, Japan. For the last 10 years I have lived and worked mostly in Tokyo, and now call it home. My culinary specialties are centralized around healthy eating and allergy friendly cuisine. Along my path to delicious food, I traveled and studied around the world to expand my palette and mind. Some of my favorite destinations outside Japan include Toronto, Canada and New York City, USA. I look forward to meeting more people from all corners of this wonderful planet and share my passion for cooking and delicious food.
