We really are enjoyed our day with Senja. We had visited Nagasaki earlier and seen the atomic bomb museum and wanted to see the other side of the city. We visited many out of the way places that we would have never found without him. We particularly enjoyed learning about his experiences in Nagasaki as an immigrant teaching English to Japanese students. It enhanced our understanding of Japanese culture.

Before we came Masaaki had asked what we were interested in seeing in Nagasaki. He then researched and found out about these things, so that we were able to see and do all that we wanted. He also suggested things we didn’t know about, such as the Ropeway, which was very enjoyable.
