Hello, my name is Carlos and I have been living in Fukuoka city for about 23 years. I’m from the US California, Los Angeles, and now live in Fukuoka city. I am a musician and photographer and teach English and German. The city is one of the fastest growing cities in Japan, one of the most livable cities in Asia and there are so many things you can do in this city from hiking to watching beautiful waterfalls in Itoshima to eating one of this region's most iconic dishes: ramen. Fukuoka tower is also a great place as well as watching many cultural events, one of them being Yamakasa.
