Despite horrible weather the entire day, Shan was exceptionally sensitive to assuring we stayed safe, comfortable and assured we had an unforgettable day visiting Varenna, Bellagio and Como. Great way to see Lake Como if you can spare one day of your vacation. Nice introduction to that area. Marco, our tour guide, was very informative and fun to be around.

Illy our your guide was exceptional. It felt like we visitors Lake Como with a friend. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. We saw places that a normal tourist would not have even thought to explore. She even helped us navigate the transportation strike that was pending for our trip to Venice. Highly recommend this trip.
