Elie was born in the USA, but his parents are French, so he's not really a foreigner in France and he comes here very often. It was a very interesting experience for me to see Paris through the eyes of somebody who is French and American at the same time. At the beginning I worried a bit how it will go to visit one of the most important historical monuments of France with a client, who speaks French as a native language and who knows the history of France better than me, but Elie was very friendly and I felt really comfortable with him. A great experience!

Very well informed and educated Guide who provided an excellent historical overview of Fontainebleau. Far less crowded than Versailles and just as opulent. Well worth the trip!

We had an unbelievable day with Myriam visiting Fontainebleau. It was one of the highlights of our visit to Paris. She met us at our hotel and helped us navigate the bus/train out to Fontainbleau. She walked us through the beautiful grounds of the estate and helped us get headsets for touring the chateau. She was friendly and conversational the entire time. Her English was fantastic since she studied in the USA for 4 years. We found talking with her very easy. Upon return to Paris, she helped us find a cafe we were looking for. We would highly recommend her to any travelers looking for a local guide to show them around. As an added bonus, she gave us a list of her favorite places to eat in Paris. The entire day was wonderful--you won't regret it.
