If you are skeptical about this experience, don't be! It is worth it. Our guide Sandro made sure everything was perfect, and it really was: * Pros * 1. Tour Guide Sandro: Request him at all costs! Friendly, sweet, full of energy, punctual, very flexible, kind, knowledgeable of London areas, not once negative attitude, not once an awkward moment, very professional and he went above and beyond with our adventure. Very patient. 2. Communication: Both City Undiscovered and Sandro were good in communication. Sandro was very flexible and quick to respond to my reminders and messages which was nice. We were texting via whatsapp actively and emails to make sure we were happy with our itinerary. 3. You get what you paid for: This was expensive, but worth it. We only had 2 days in London and Sandro made sure we saw everything we wanted and needed to see on that 1 fill day we booked with him. I recommend you get the 8 hours (4 hours is just not even enough for half of your plan). Sandro was punctual and full of positive energy even days before meeting us up in our Hotel to begin our London trip. He even went a little over the 8 hours for us and even continued to help and communicate for our plans that we had the following day. I expect that all other guides follow the same professional and friendly attitude as Sandro. 4. Your custom made itinerary is respected: I like to plan, so I made sure that there was transparency on the hours, times, and locations we would be seeing for our day. Sandro delivered everything. 5. Was it perfect? I really think it was. Make sure you check with your tour guide 100% what you really want to see and discover, because not all guides will be knowledgeable of history or things that are specific to your hobbies (Harry Potter, Theater, etc.). You must be very specific on what you want to experience for this to be a success. Sandro was a perfect match for us for our priorities. Make sure you make yours clear. *CONS!!!!!!* Nothing. Go book!! I feel like I discovered all of London in our 1 day with Sandro, Thank you for everything!

Sandro was my tour guide for the evening. Very cool and laid-off guy. Showed me around the neighborhood of SoHo and then we went to a couple of bars, he went the extra mile and bought me a couple of rounds. Extremely funny and caring. Up to date we are still chatting
