My passion for traveling and cultural exchange began with lots of family trips around Canada and the US, and more recently has taken me on long backpacking adventures in Europe, India and Southeast Asia. I have an affinity for Asian cultures in particular, and consider South Korea to be my 'second home.' I'm slowly learning to speak Korean, and brushing up on my French, too! Age, nationality, gender - it's all the same to me when I meet new friends because I love to discover the personality of each individual and make real connections. I'm an ESL teacher, and I've learned as much about the world from my students as I have from my own unforgettable travel experiences. Being a humble, easygoing guy, I prefer to hang out in more laid back and authentic areas with the buzz of ethnic, edgy, artistic energy. Toronto is a relatively young city of very safe, walkable and unique neighbourhoods, but we do also have our cozy historic side and plenty of extensive parks for forest-bathing. So, what's your vibe? The arts scene? Museums? Vintage shopping? Chilling on the waterfront? Come for a walk with me - we'll explore like locals, grab some interesting snacks, have a laugh, share hometown stories and create genuine Canadian memories! Allons-y
