Best thing we did in Tokyo

We were hoping to find someone to show us good photography spots in Tokyo and we hit the jackpot with Mutz. She's a great photographer who knows where to go for capturing images of the real Tokyo. Mutz met us at our hotel and guided us to some scenic areas that we wouldn't have found otherwise. She listened to our requests and made sure it all happened. Over the 8 hour period we spent with Mutz, she showed us great local eating venues, spectacular shrines, and brilliant architecture. We saw the modern, the traditional, the spiritual, the unique, and the surprising elements of Tokyo. And we loved it all. We were exceptionally happy with Mutz as our tour guide to Tokyo. We felt like we were spending time with a friend who wanted us to experience the best of her home town.

Best way to start our Japan adventure

Spent three hours with Nina today, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it! She helped us get more acclimated with the train system, showed us some intriguing neighborhoods and sites, and talked with us about the Japanese culture. We ended our time together by going to the top of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building. The view was mind-blowing! Nina was outstanding. We’re so glad we took this personalized tour, and highly recommend it.

An excellent guide in a huge city

We were delighted to be guided round the city (or a small part of it) by Patrick, who listened carefully to what we wanted to do and then walked with us and chatted throughout. We were able to ask questions, navigate the rail system, visit less well known shrines and preserved homes and really get the best out of our time. Patrick offered several suggestions for the remainder of our trip and followed up with emailed maps and trip ideas. A friendly, approachable and well-informed guide. We highly recommend Patrick. Thank you.
