I live in Nagakyo Ward.
I work in different places in the center of Kyoto.
I hang out in
temples and gardens, barbecue restaurants or Izakayas, along Kamo River.
I discovered Japanese culture through my Shiatsu studies a long time ago in Belgium. When I finally visited Kyoto for the first time in 2015, it was a life changing experience. The trip was better than all the expectations I had. Kyoto is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It brings me peace and joy, and it connects you to nature and the rhythms of the season. The city is fascinating, so are the people. I love the peace and the beauty of the gardens and the temples, zen philosophy, tea, and the city culture. I hope I can share with you what I have experienced here and what makes Kyoto so magical.
