Not only did David show us the tourist sites, he instructed us in how to get around using Hamburg’s transportation. Plus, how to purchase tickets to the Alster boat tour. He was very in-tune to two of our group needing stop and sit for a few minutes. In the beginning my communication with Viator was a bit disjointed.I was frustrated in not having an easy place to find a phone number to ask clarifying questions. The first tour we booked was cancelled with no explanation. I did not get a written cancellation number. I
