It's Mattia, I was born in Bologna 27 years ago, I organize food tours in my lovely city. I travelled a lot when I was younger and I lived in France and Australia for some months. I've lived in Bologna since I was born, so I know it very well. The point of force of my city is the small size of the old town, where all the historical beauties are. It's very simple to visit and, in the meanwhile, you can easily see a lot of structures from the Middle Ages, pieces of italian art and enjoy the superlative food! Talking about food, it is one of my passions (especially traditional and ethnic food). I know a lot of little "pearls" hidden restaurants that will leave you with the memory of a fantastic holiday. I am a recent Classics graduate. I've always been in love with the ancient stuff, so I'm really interested in history and in the evolution of civilization and culture in general. I also adore architecture and any kind of Art (from the primitive art to the street art). My other passions are travel and soccer (I'm a Bologna FC 1909 fan).

During a tour with me you can see the artistic and historical heritage of the city, as a passionate history of art student as I am. We can go around the town understanding and discovering the history of the anciest european University and the lifestyle of students nowadays, but also the cultural life of the city from exibitions to live music, from the busy city centre to quiet parks and gardens. Finally, I guarantee you, you will never be hungry during a tour with me because I'm always looking for the best food I can find!
