Anna was amazing and accommodating! The weather wasn’t the greatest so we made different plans but still had a great time.

Private guide is the way to go in a busy city. Anna packed in a ton and could fit in little stops with our small group. Easier to ask questions in a private group and hear all the history when walking around.

This was a great way to get an overview of the City and Michelle our guide was extremely knowledgeable and allowed us to take things at our own pace. We were tired from a long flight arriving that morning so we stopped at a café for coffee and a sweet treat. Going inside the churches with her guidance was a highlight. Highly recommend this walking tour.

Great four hour overview of the city. Michelle did such a great job taking our small group around Old Town on a busy Sunday afternoon. She was so knowledgeable and accommodating of our group. Highly recommended for folks who want to get a flavor of Munich in a short amount of time!

Brigid was phenomenal! Very personable and very knowledgeable.

We had a wonderful 1/2 day tour! Brigid was a great guide, and interacted well with the whole family group - ages 10-73. She took us to the top sites and the not-so-well known sites, each with plenty of interesting background. She kept the children engaged, and provided history and context at each site. As a bonus , we learned how to use the Munich public transportation system, which can sometimes be a bit intimidating for tourists. We heartily recommend Brigid!

We had such a wonderful time on our Munich city tour with Brigid! She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s rich history, but she also has a warm, engaging way of bringing every stop to life. From the grandeur of the palace to the charm of Marienplatz and beyond, we got to see so much of this amazing city and learn stories we never would have discovered on our own. Brigid kept the pace perfect, answered all our questions, and even shared some excellent brewery recommendations that we happily put to use later. Our tour with Linus was great. We wanted to learn about Bavaria and Munich with some history about Hitler mixed in and that is exactly what we got! Our tour guide took us inside some wonderful places that we never would have visited on our own. Highly recommend!

Our tour with Linus was great! We wanted to learn about the history of Munich and Bavaria with some history about Hitler sprinkled in and we got exactly that. We visited places and went inside buildings we never would have visited on our own. Linus weaved an informative narrative throughout the tour and offered some recommendations for where we should definitely return for a fuller visit. The tour also showed us that the part of the city we wanted to tour more was easily walkable. This was a great introduction to Munich and Bavaria! Thank you Linus!

She shared a wealth of information, especially about Munich’s role in World War II, and made everything come alive with her storytelling. The tour was the perfect mix of history, culture, and beautiful sights. Highly recommend this tour, and if you can, request Gaby—you won’t be disappointed!

Great experience for two of the seven on our tour. Five of us couldn’t attend due to our flight being cancelled, but from what I understand the tour was great!

The tour was a good over view of the city and its history. Our guide Jeff was very knowledgeable. We walked for 3hours and he sent us to a local spot for lunch. Worth the trip.

Phillip was incredibly flexible and adapted the walking tour to our desire. We visited the old city, pop culture side, and the "main attractions". As it was cold, we wanted to walk faster but still see the non touristy stuff! The tour was easily adapted and Phillip readily provided great insight, history and pop culture! Totally a great way to get to know Munich - thank you Phillip!

Phillip planned an amazing experience for my sister and I. It was our first time in Germany, and Munich and we wanted to really see the culture and history outside of the normal tourist areas. Phillip stayed with the history of Bavaria and Munich and then we hopped on the tube just 4 stops outside of the city center and went to a super cool artsy place where local artist have shops built in old shipping containers. Overall the experience was amazing and highly recommend. You can also customize your experience so if your looking for more food related or history related, they will curate a tour specifically to what your looking for!

This was a very good tour of Munich old town and several surrounding areas. Good mixture of going inside churches etc. and walking by buildings. Guide was very good and friendly.

We were late because of the traffic caused by the soccer game. But Sabina was right there waiting for us. She modified the tour on the fly, and gave us an amazing experience. She was even willing to walk us to the Ubahn station! We learned so much in a short amount of time. I highly recommend taking the private tour. Maybe you'll get lucky and get Sabina too!

Sabina was a great tour guide for Munich. She also happens to have extensive knowledge of best authentic restaurants around and beer making. We were pleasantly surprised that despite being from Rome, she knows so much about Germany and all of the sites. We also enjoyed discussing Rome where we went last year. I would highly recommend her as a guide! Her English was perfect!

Esper did a fantastic job showing us around Munich and sharing hidden places. His art knowledge was a huge plus especially as he explained various imagery and architecture in some of the sites we visited. We enjoyed the tour and Esper tremendously!

Esper was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and took us to places we would never have discovered on our own. The 300 steps up the tower were challenging, but we were rewarded with spectacular views at the top. Highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide Camilla showed us around the city during our first night in Munich. What a way to start the trip! The guided walking tour throughout the city gave us an overview of what the city had to offer us. We felt extremely comfortable finding our way around after the walking tour.
