My tour guide was Reza, and he was absolutely amazing! Being on a solo trip in Italy for the first time, not speaking an ounce of Italian, I knew I may face a couple of challenges. So when it came to touring Lake Como, I decided to book this private tour and happy I did. I couldn’t have expected the sheer amount of crowds and chaos that we would experience, and if I would have tried to maneuver through this alone, I most likely would have turned right around and left Como. Reza had the transportation hashed out from the train, to busses and a subway, he had chosen some great landmarks to go see, and was able to think quickly and provide new suggestions when we experienced roadblocks where tickets were sold out. He was energetic, knowledgeable, and fluent in English so it helped tremendously that he was able to communicate with me and the locals seamlessly. I’m so happy I went this route, I learned a ton about the city and landmarks along the way, and took a billion pictures to remember them all.

Very good way to know the city as it gave us information of history, culture, and highlights. The guide also was very helpful to navigate through the city,

Great experience … would do something like this for every new city we visit in the future. Having someone that knows they area show you around makes you become so much more familiar with your holiday stop.

We didn't have a lot of time so only booked 2 hours with a local guide. it wasn't enough to scratch the surface of Milan beyond the famous sites but Shan did an excellent job of showing us through the city! He was a font of knowledge and a very entertaining, enthusiastic guide! Clearly proud of the city he calls home and it showed in his knowledge of its history. I highly recommend that you try this, but try book at least 3 to 4 hours if possible!

Shan was very knowledgeable about Milan and we were shown both large well-known sights and lesser known ones. He gave us tips on Italian coffee culture and treated us to a delicious cappuccino. He was on-time, respectful and optimistic despite the rainy day.

Everything perfect!!! Massimo understood perfectly what I wanted to see and organized the tour perfectly.

We had a great tour guide. Highly recommend unscripted tours. We had only one day in Milan and our guide Massimo emailed us two weeks before to get information on things we would like to see. Told us how to prepurchase the Last Supper tickets. He made sure everything was seamless and the walking was at our pace. Informative and great company for the day!

Massimo was exceptional. He made our time together fly by and felt like we got to see all of the key parts of the city. I had an amazing experience exploring Milan with Pritika as my guide! The highlight of the tour was undoubtedly the Duomo—it’s even more breathtaking in person than I imagined. The sheer size and intricate details of the cathedral are awe-inspiring, and Pritika shared fascinating stories about its rich history and the centuries it took to build. We also visited some beautiful churches, each with its own unique charm, and the Leonardo da Vinci Museum, which showcased his brilliant inventions. To make the day even more special, Pritika introduced me to her favorite coffee shop and gelato spot—both were fantastic! Pritika’s knowledge and enthusiasm made the tour unforgettable. Highly recommend!

It was my first time in Milan and I only had 2 days before my business trip, so I booked a full day tour with a local for my first day. Pritika was my assigned guide, and she contacted me before my trip to understand my interests. We shaped the day’s agenda together, and she did some research to find a couple of things I was interested in. I wanted to experience the city like a tourist AND a local, and Pritika exceeded my expectations!! She was prompt, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. We took the subway and the tram, so I got to experience those and the central station and then today was able to navigate by myself. The places we went were a great selection, and Pritika knows so much history, but she also shared some fun facts. She was flexible with the day’s plan, and we stopped for gelato and had a tasty lunch at a pizza spot. And, even though we didn’t get to 2 of the places on my list, she sent me links that I used today to go to them. I highly recommend this tour, and Pritika as a guide - it was a wonderful and fun day! I got to do way more than if I had just wandered around Milan by myself. Thank you!

Our private tour with Pritika deserves a rare 5/5 stars (I'd give more if possible). Our guide Pritika's unique knowledge of architecture and art allowed us to visit often missed historical gems in Milan. The details and insider information gave us even greater respect for the history and culture of Milan. Our stops in St. Stephen's Basilica, the Da Vinci museum and La Scala were special stops along the way. Thanks to Pritika for a wonderful experience!

The walking tour was good. Our guide was wry informative. She was thorough with the history and culture of the various places we visited.

Bibi was amazing! Could not have asked for a better tour guide. We mixed history, culture and entertainment into two fantastic hours. My wife and I only had one day in Milan and we were so happy that we booked Bibi because no time was wasted looking for things to do. Highly recommend.

Bibi was great! She showed us so many interesting sites, definitely things we wouldn't have seen on our own. She was knowledgeable and very fun to talk to.

The visit to the Duomo … the amazing Cathedral with 52 pillars and amazing architecture. The history was mind blowing. We also visited the Castle and the magnificence of it all blew us away. We also visited the designer street with all the big brands displayed.

It was evident that he’ passionate about his work.

Andrea was a very comely and a knowledgeable guide. His expertise in the Milanese culture aided in making my first trip to Milan really insightful and savory. I would highly recommend Andrea to all the first time visitors to Milan

Absolutely amazing!!! She took me to places I never would have found on my own and to areas that I was interested in seeing!!! She was so knowledgeable and friendly and it was a fabulous experience!! Best private your I have ever been on.

We had a great day with Giulia. She knew very much about Milan but also about other countries. She has travelled a lot so she could easily compare to other countries or moments in history. Giulia arrived 5 minutes before our meeting time and is a lovely, well educated person. She had figured out what to do in the 3 hours tour and could tell us everything about Milan but as she has travelled a lot she could easily compare to other coutries or situations in history. Very knowledgeable Tour Guide and very personable.

Simone was a very good guide and took us to several places within Milan and gave us a very good overview of the history broadly as well as the history of a few places in the tour. He took us on a bit of what he called the "secret part of Milan" and it was definitely less touristy and gave us good insights into a broader area. Definitely worth the time and though it was a quick tour, it also gave us ideas for other things to see and spend more time with.

Simone was an extremely knowledgeable and friendly guide. The tour of Milan was very interesting and he took us to places that we would never have discovered on our own, who knew their was a family of pink flamingos living in the centre of Milan. It’s inspired us to return to Milan at a later date and see more of this beautiful City!
