Absolutely charming, cheerful, and friendly guide. Even though I only booked two hours, she made the most of it.

We had a wonderful trip and we learned so much about Manchester and we’re really grateful to our guide for giving us a fantastic day.

Jutta was an outstanding to a guide. She has lots of great questions to start and work out exactly how the tool best suit my interest. In my first time in Manchester, I could not have been more fortunate to have her as my guide. She was brilliant in her role leading me through the city.

Our guide Roy was amazing! He was so so knowledgeable and crafted our tour to include what we were interested in and more! I’d definitely recommend this tour and I would definitely have Roy tour us around again in the future to see more. This was worth every penny.

We had a great day with Roy and he would have loved to show / tell us more. Only - we didn't have the time. Money for value rated only 4, because it was quite expensive for four people considering that most of the money doesn't go to Roy but to the organisation. Roys commitment though is worth 5 points or more.

Roy was an amazing guide! He made sure to personalize our tour entirely to our interests and was extremely knowledgeable on Manchester legend, history, and culture!

This was a highlight of my trip to Europe! The weather was disastrous but I had so much fun visiting all of the “Madchester” sites and hearing the AMAZING stories (historical and personal) that Darren had to share. He was beyond personable and if I didn’t live in another country I’d beg him to be my drinking buddy! Even if he supports United. Boo.

Manchester is such a cool City and my tour guide Darren was perfect. He has lots of interesting local knowledge about the town’s history and culture. He was fascinating on the music scene in particular. It was fun and I would highly recommend.

For me, a walking tour of any new city is an absolute MUST. The service provider was excellent as their Customer Service Manager communicated with me to confirm the tour and even arranged for an earlier time slot. My host Kevin was more like a friend, than a guide. He provided a preliminary itinerary before the tour and was prepared to tailor the tour to my interests. He gave me a lot of info and insights to better appreciate Manchester and helped me to better relate to the things I see in the city. My 2-hour tour covered a lot of fascinating history of the what's and why's to understand the motivations and circumstances that shaped the city. Kevin is certainly more enthusiastic about Manchester's rich history and personality, rather than both its famous football clubs. Kevin even shared some tips on places to visit on my own. He's passionate about what he does when he talks about life in the various neighborhoods, the local culture, values and lifestyle. Time really flew by. I highly recommend this walking tour to anyone. Kevin's tour has a bonus at the end, which you'll only discover if he's your host.

Kieran took the time to get to know about our interests ahead of the tour. He made it personal and fun, showing us lots of cool places, provided historical facts and interesting information along the way.

Had a good walk around the city and learnt loads about Manchester we had no idea about despite a few previous visits. It was really good that Kieran knew the areas so well and had personal anecdotes to bring the city to life. Followed Kierans personalised recommendations and had a brilliant dinner and night out after and he showed us where to go from our hotel the next day to get to the main shopping centres and eateries.
