Alan’s mastery of Barcelona’s rich and exciting history was evident from the start. In a group of five, it can be easy for one or two people to feel excluded. This was not the case with Alan’s tour - he made sure that each member of the group felt included and he tailed a part of the tour to their specific interests. The group learned so much and we are going to leave Barcelona with a much deeper appreciation that we otherwise would have, without going on the tour.

My wife and I spent the entire day with Alan in Barcelona. We had an incredible experience. He is a consummate professional. He combines the utmost respect for both of us with a passion and knowledge of such a wide range of topics related to Catalonia and Barcelona that the experience becomes a very personal connection with the area as well as with Alan himself. I can't think of a better way to get knowledge and passion for the city.

Karla was amazing. I actually had an accident and she took me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time. When we were finished we were able to do a portion of the tour and grab a bite to eat since I hadn’t eaten all day. She was without a doubt the most patient and kind person I have ever had The pleasure to meet. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She actually took me to the pharmacy as well to get my prescriptions after my hospital visit
